We sort every request into “must be met” and “accommodate where possible”. Hard rules are never broken, while flexible preferences are accommodated as far as the schedule allows — so the timetable meets school policy and still respects teachers' real needs.

Submit data, receive the first version

Two rounds of revision to final
After the first delivery you get two rounds of revisions, adjusted to your feedback until the final version is confirmed.
