Corporate AI Training

Empower Staff to Automate Daily Work with AI

  • Based on actual workflows
  • Build ready-to-use Agents
  • One year of technical consulting

Designed for working professionals, this course goes beyond basic prompting techniques. We integrate actual departmental workflows (such as quoting, reporting, recruitment, and customer enquiries) to help your team build ready-to-use AI Agents, delegating repetitive tasks to AI.

Completed AI Training, But Work Remains the Same?

🧩

Disconnected from Reality

After mastering prompting, staff still struggle to apply it at work. Typical course examples are too generic and disconnected from your organisation's forms, systems, and workflows.

🔁

Q&A Demos, No Hands-On Practice

Training often stops at one-off chatbot demonstrations. Without building something usable themselves in class, participants return to work no better placed to start.

📉

No Ongoing Support

Without post-course follow-ups, staff often revert to old habits within months, meaning invested time and resources fail to yield actual results.

WHAT WE TEACH

What Do We Teach in 1.5 Hours?

Tackling Time-Consuming Tasks

Before the course, we review your departmental workflows to identify the most time-consuming and repetitive tasks. These become our teaching materials, so participants handle their actual daily work in class.

For example:

  • Screen CVs and draft hiring documents
  • Organise receipts, generate monthly summaries
  • Classify enquiries and handle FAQs

AI Agent: Automating Multi-step Processes

The focus is not on isolated Q&A, but on enabling AI to complete tasks continuously through predefined steps: reading data, analysing information, generating documents, and sending notifications. The course uses mainstream AI Agent platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft, and Google as examples. Participants learn to break down workflows, set rules, and decide where to retain human review.

  • Read spreadsheets and shared folders
  • Analyse emails, summarise customer feedback
  • Convert field data into structured data

Defining Staff vs IT Responsibilities

Not all processes should be handled by staff using AI. This course clearly defines what non-technical staff can apply immediately, and what must be managed by the IT or development team to avoid creating unmaintained and insecure internal tools.

The Course Also Covers

🔗

Connecting Existing Systems

Allowing AI to read spreadsheets, shared folders, and emails, and write results back to existing systems without creating parallel workflows.

🧠

AI Fundamentals

Explaining how AI generates content and why it makes mistakes in non-technical language, helping staff decide when to accept results and when to review.

🔒

AI Security

AI-generated code and tools may seem complete but could leak keys or internal data. We demonstrate our proprietary framework for verifying these outputs.

⚖️

AI Ethics

Understanding the boundaries of copyright, bias, and transparency, and defining areas that require human responsibility over AI decision-making.

HOW IT RUNS

From Pre-course to Post-course

  1. 1

    Pre-course: Workflow and AI Assessment

Course consultants will identify time-consuming, repetitive tasks with department heads. We will also review the AI services the organisation is currently subscribed to or using before tailoring the solutions and course content.

  2. 2

    In class: Hands-on Workshop

Participants build ready-to-use AI Agents on the spot, using your organisation's actual documents and systems.

  3. 3

Post-course: One Year of Technical Consulting

For one year after the course, we continue as the organisation's AI technical consultant, answering the questions staff run into as they apply AI day to day.

The training can be delivered in stages by department.
