Students will learn robotics using Raspberry Pi, assembling a robot dog, coding it to walk, bark, and navigate. The course fosters creativity and problem-solving, with students building their own robot dog by the end.
Learning Objectives:
- Explore basic principles of robotics, including components, sensors, and actuators, through hands-on interaction with robotics dog
- Learn to write and implement code to control the robot's movements and behaviors
- Improve their critical thinking and problem-solving skills by addressing real-world challenges in robotics
Course Outline:
- What is XGO Robot Dog? | Learn the basic control of XGO Robot Dog
- Movable XGO Robot Dog | Control the movement of XGO Robot Dog
- Dance Party! | Design different poses for XGO by programming different combinations of the servos on XGO
- XGO Robot Dog to the Rescue! | Learn to break down problems through solving different parts of the track
