This guide will introduce the basic steps for users to login Una Platform and change display language.

Accessing the Login Pagee

Access the login page at https://app.una.study.

Choosing a Login Method

Una Platform supports four login methods:

1. Log in using a Third-party account
2. Log in using a One-time Password (OTP) via email
3. Log in using a One-time Password (OTP) from your teacher
4. Log in using a username and password

If your account is registered with an email address, select method 1, 2, or 3.

Otherwise, choose method 4.

1. Login using a Third-party Account

• Select the tab “Log in using a third-party account.”
• Choose an external authentication method (Microsoft, Google, or Facebook) supported by your email address.
• Sign in with your email and password.

Troubleshooting: Wrong password?

Ensure the password you use corresponds to the third-party authentication method selected.

2. Login using a One-time Password (OTP) via Email

1. Select the tab “Log in using one-time password in email.”
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click “Get one-time password.”
4. Check your email for the OTP (this may take up to 1 minute).
5. Enter the OTP and click “Sign in.”

Troubleshooting: Cannot receive one-time password?

1. Check your junk email folder.
2. Click “re-generate password” to resend the OTP.
3. Try using another login method.
4. Contact your teacher or school admin for support.

3. Login using a One-time Password (OTP) from Teacher

Similarly, student can login through the OTP provided by teacher instead. Teachers can refer to this documentation to generate OTP for students: Generate One-Time Passwords for Students.

After generating the OTP, teachers can share the OTP to the student for he/she to login. The student can login with the steps below.

Student Login Steps:

1. Select the tab “Log in using one-time password from teacher.”
2. Enter your email address and the OTP.
3. Click “Login.”

4. Login using Username and Password

1. Select the tab “Log in using username and password.”
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click “Login.”

Troubleshooting: No username and password?

Contact your teacher or school admin for support.

Change Display Language

Una Platform supports English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. Select the language that suits you best.

For Students:

1. On the main page, click the user profile icon.
2. Click the language menu and choose your preferred language.

For Teachers:

1. On the main page, click “User Profile” in the menu.
2. Under “Setting / Language Select,” choose your preferred language.
