User Login and Change Display Language

This guide shows how to log in to the Una platform and how to change the display language. Each step comes with a screenshot, and the red numbered markers in each screenshot match the numbered instructions in the text.

Section 1　Go to the Login Page

Step 1Open the login page

On the Una website https://www.una.study/, click Login at the top right (marker 1), or go straight to https://app.una.study/.

Step 2Choose how to log in

The login page offers four ways to log in. Click a heading to open it:

  1. Log in using a third-party account (marker 1): a Microsoft, Google or Facebook account.
  2. Log in using one-time password in email (marker 2).
  3. Log in using one-time password from teacher (marker 3).
  4. Log in using username and password (marker 4).

If your school set up your account with an email address, use way 1, 2 or 3. If your school gave you a username and password, use way 4.

Section 2　The Four Ways to Log In

Step 3Log in with a third-party account
  1. Open Log in using a third-party account (marker 1).
  2. Click the service your email belongs to (marker 2), such as your school's Microsoft or Google account, then enter your email and password on that service's page.

The email must be the same one your school registered with Una. Your password is checked by Microsoft, Google or Facebook; Una does not store it.

Step 4Get a one-time password by email
  1. Open Log in using one-time password in email (marker 1).
  2. Enter your email address (marker 2).
  3. Click Get one-time password (marker 3). The system sends a one-time password to your email.
  4. Enter the one-time password from the email and click Sign In.
Didn't get the password?　Check your junk mail folder. After one minute, you can click Re-generate password to send it again. If it still does not arrive, try another way to log in, or contact your teacher or school administrator.

Step 5Log in with a one-time password from your teacher

Teachers can generate an 8-digit one-time password for students in a virtual classroom (see Generate One-Time Login Passwords for Students).

  1. Open Log in using one-time password from teacher (marker 1).
  2. Enter your email address or username (marker 2).
  3. Enter the one-time password from your teacher (marker 3).
  4. Click Login (marker 4).

Step 6Log in with a username and password
  1. Open Log in using username and password (marker 1).
  2. Enter the username and password your school gave you (marker 2).
  3. Click Login (marker 3).

If you do not have a username or have forgotten your password, contact your teacher or school administrator.

Section 3　Change the Display Language

The Una platform is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.

Step 7Open your user profile

Students: click your name at the top left (marker 1). Teachers: click User Profile at the top of the left menu.

Step 8Choose a language

Under Setting, choose a language in Language Select (marker 1). The platform switches straight away.
