Solution: When importing Hex files, dragging the file to a location outside of the designated coding space will cause the import process to fail and result in an error page in your browser. To resolve this, press the back arrow to return to the previous page. Then, ensure you drag the Hex file into the correct location within the coding space, as indicated by the red box in the picture below. This should allow for a successful import.
