创建数字输入

参数：显示设定：
- 下限：数字（预设：0）
- 上限：数字（预设：0）
- 每次变更数值：数字（预设：0）

你可以设定下限，上限和每次变更数值。每次变更数值代表，如果你设定每次变更数值为3，你知能够输入3的倍数，如3,6,9。
