Doing Actions When Connected Device is Changed
On device changed

It will do some action when the corresponding camera is disconnected.
Parameters:
- connectedCammeras: The camera that is connected.
- recentlyConnectedCameras: The camera that is using and connecting.
- recentlyDiscounnectedCameras: The camera that is discounted.
Output: N/A

This is used to remove the disconnected camera.
